AvMA is the list of approved solicitors by the law who are deemed to be specialized in dealing with clinical negligence claims. One should not go for any other solicitor claiming to be on some other approved list other than the AvMA. However, if one does not have any other option, then it would be better to verify the acceptance and reliability of the solicitor's organization by the law.
